「馬桶沒洗乾淨，殘留穢物在裡面，應該要檢討一下」

「完全自助check in，包含房卡的製作。房間面對港口景觀不錯，但可惜有點小，因為每次從床尾移至窗邊時都會撞到牆上的電視機；但朋友跟我一樣的房型和房價（就在我隔壁），但房間就比我的大很多，我們猜他們那間可能是可以住有使用輪椅的旅客，但是在check in時，螢幕上並沒看到有什麼特別提示。房間有標示水籠頭的水可以生飲，所以房間裡面沒有瓶裝水也沒有快煮壺，如果要喝熱水可以到一樓櫃台，而且一樓櫃台也提供免費的咖啡。第二天check out時，因為太早叫不到Uber，才發現飯店有直接叫TAXI的機器，只是我們不太會使用，後來請櫃枱人員直接幫我們打電話叫車，櫃台人員真的很熱心，不但幫我們叫 TAXI，還主動幫我到餐廳裡面裝熱水（她覺得前枱熱水瓶的水已經不夠熱了）。」

「Abbiano prenotato due notti per un totale di € 300,00,pagamento anticipato al nostro arrivo iniziano le disavventure, ci chiedono €35,00 per le lenzuola e gli asciugamani (questo particolare che nel prezzo non era previsto lenzuola e asciugamani non era specifica da nessun parte). Arriviamo in camera e oltre a dover rifarsi i letti non troviamo ne carta igienica e ne sapone (siamo andati a comprarli al primo supermercato a 6 km) per il phone per asciugare i capelli neanche a parlarne.
