"Stayed for one night, booked last minute the day before traveling North from Switzerland, needed somewhere in the black forest with good check-in/out times and somewhere to securely park the bike (car park right by the hotel, plenty of eyes on it and it's quite a secluded location so no concerns!) - great little beer garden, food in the restaurant was excellent and the breakfast was great - great value and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend!"

"Great experience overall! Very clean hotel! Very cute rooms!! We loved them! The only reason we didn’t leave a better review is because of the parking situation- we spent about 4 hours of our one day stay looking for parking around the hotel, the staff member kept telling us different locations of where we could or couldn’t park during off times- I’d recommend some sort of instructions for quests on parking if it’s meant to be that difficult."

Only negative was booked for five persons but only pillows and bedding supplied for four, and bath towels for two but we were able to make do as we had travelled with some stuff. We would absolutely recommend this comfortable & well kept apartment."

Kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, they made the entire experience feel personal without ever being intrusive. Their hospitality added something special to the stay. The food was outstanding. Dinner was rich, flavorful, and beautifully presented, and breakfast was just as impressive, with fresh, high-quality options that made for a perfect start to the day. Each meal felt intentional and well-crafted. And then there are the views. Whether looking out from the window in the early morning light or watching the sunset settle over the surrounding landscape, the setting is simply beautiful. It is peaceful, scenic, and deeply restorative.
