"The staff was kind and generally very helpful. They know and understand that most guests are there to see ancient Egyptian sites and to have a relaxing time. The room was fine... wouldn't say incredible, but clean and comfortable. However, the hotel itself is perched on top of a nice hill so you get a great view of the city, and it's fun to walk around with the views, poolside, restaurant, lobby, etc."

"Room was super clean & big. Had a great view of the Nile. Since our flight leaves later at night, we asked if we could have a late check out. They were fully booked but accommodated our request. My husband came down with a bad cough and we just needed a place to rest. I’m so appreciative to the manager that made this happen."
