Part of the reason for selecting this hotel was the spa and outdoor pool. We arrived at the hotel around 7.30pm to be told the pool closes at 8pm. The Spa was closed because of maintenance.. nowhere on the website did it say this. All of the staff we spoke to spoke little to no English. I sent a message to the hotel asking if they needed passports.. 24hrs later and still no response. Thankfully I had copies on my phone. The room space is good and the beds were comfy but the rooms are dated. We did get our complimentary wine which was a nice touch. The underground parking was good. Location is fantastic easy to find. The bar downstairs was closed and no iron in the room. Bathroom felt dated with an average shower/bath. The quality of the breakfast was not very good. The toaster was older than me. My overall review… the hotel has a lot of potential but needs a serious upgrade, they need more staff who are able to speak English. This is not a 4* hotel in my opinion.

No water at night at a hotel?

It was one of the worst 4 star hotel I’ve been to. I came back to the room later around and the water wasn’t working and I couldn’t wash at all. Toilet wasn’t flushing. I even tried to call concierge but there was no one there. I ended up using my own bottle of water I bought to at least brush my teeth before sleeping. In the morning the water was working again but there was no mention of water shutting off at night.

The website should be updated to show that all of the spa facilities are CLOSED with no status about their re-opening. Also the restaurant on site is only for your buffet breakfast it’s not for you to order lunch or dinner. The rooms were pretty “sparse” but the beds and bedding. Dry very good. We slept well.

The staff is superb. I have specifically the brazilian Muriel Tarcisio Aires Yasmim and Rute. They couldnt do enough for us. Always willing to help and do the extra mile. They also has a smile to offer, while also sparing sometime to talk to us. And hard work people never stoping working.

No se corresponde con un hotel de cuatro estrellas. Las habitaciones necesitan una reforma. El colchón no era cómodo. La cisterna perdía agua. El garaje es complicado de aparcar,plazas pequeñas y muchas maniobras entre columnas para aparcar. Tuve que aparcar en la segunda planta y parecía un almacén de colchones y muebles por las plazas. No hay donde comprar agua,pedí agua en la recepción y me dieron una botella pequeña. No estaba fría y a 2€ la botella. Dejé mi habitación a las 8 de la mañana y regresé a las 16:15 y estaba sin hacer. Vinieron a las 16:30 para hacer la habitación. Falta personal. De los peores hoteles de cuatro estrellas que me he alojado.

El Hotel no podia tener mejor emplazamiento. A menos de 5 min andando del Santuario. El apartamento estaba genial. La piscina, no demasiado grande, pero suficiente para poder refrescarse. Los viajes a Fátima no son comparables a viajes de ocio, y yo agradeci tener ese espacio por mi hija.. El desayuno buffet muy completo Y tiene parking el propio hotel Una contra, el checking tardio, pero aunque llegué antes de hora, me dejaron usar el parking Si vuelvo a Fátima, este hotel será mi primera opción
