"Beautiful space with an incredibly kind staff who go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The chambers are wonderfully designed, and spacious. Everything is well maintained, and the cooking is absolutely wonderful. If you can, definitely go full-board. The surrounding town and mangroves are beautiful, and all the lodge's activities are thoughtfully planned, authentic, and easy to coordinate. Am planning on returning as soon as possible. "This was a rustic lodge on an island off the coast from Missirah. Despite challenges finding the boat launch and getting the pirogue to take us to the lodge, we had a good stay. The hostess, Kiki, was warm and inviting. The property felt a bit tired (I think many properties in rural Senegal have this from the lack of tourists during the pandemic restrictions), the place had a number of activities to try. "Great space! Very clean and very great location. Gabriel was incredibly helpful with getting us a guide for a tour, Charles, who was also great!
