Beautiful and Charming

Beautiful location with a lot of local charm. They have done a wonderful job turning an old Masseria into a modern hotel without losing the character. The staff are all incredibly welcoming and friendly, you feel like you are the only person staying there.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable à la Masseria Bambarone. Francesco et son amie sont des hôtes extrêmement attentionnés et accueillants — ils prennent vraiment soin de leurs invités. Le domaine est plein de charme, les chambres sont décorées avec beaucoup de goût, et le petit-déjeuner est absolument délicieux : tout est fait maison avec des produits frais et de qualité. Une adresse que nous recommandons les yeux fermés !

Our stay at Bambarone La Masseria was truly exceptional. Our room perfectly combined modern comforts with authentic Puglian charm, and the memory foam bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The property itself is stunning and tranquil, yet conveniently located within driving distance of the best local towns. The breakfast offerings and coffee were delicious, and each evening, upon our return, we were greeted with the delightful question, “Would you like an espresso?” – a gesture that added to the pleasure of our stay. The mini bar was well-stocked, and I honestly cannot find a single fault with this place. Francesco and his team are delightful hosts who go above and beyond to ensure a perfect experience. Bambarone La Masseria is truly a hidden gem, and we hope it remains this way so we can continue to return and enjoy this incredible find.

Honestly, this has been an absolutely perfect experience. Pierfrancesco and Mariateresa have been wonderful hosts - they pour so much heart into the masseria and are always ready to help with any questions one might have. The breakfast is a standout. Salads, bread, focaccia, cheese and meat variety, fruits, cakes, mini tiramisus (a must try!), ... Everything is freshly prepared, delicious and changes daily. I can't wait for the day that Mariateresa starts a dinner service. :-) The masseria itself is beautifully restored with a lot of respect to its past and history. The rooms were super clean and the beds very comfortable. We stayed here at the end of October and thanks to the heater the rooms was nice and warm. The centre of Fasano is easily reached and has fantastic restaurant options. Make sure to ask Pierfrancesco for his recommendations. All in all, we highly encourage you to book your stay at the Bambarone and thank us later. ;-)

The staff and the management were amazing! The food prepared by the chef was excellent! Very nice overall resort! I will definitely stay again. Only complaint is perhaps a mattress upgrade, better linens and towels for a more luxurious experience. Otherwise excellent

I traveled to Puglia after hearing so much about how beautiful and magical this region of Italy is and it absolutely lived up to every expectation. What I didn’t expect was for my hotel experience to become one of the highlights of my entire trip. This is so much more than a hotel, it is an experience in itself and a super luxurious and pampered one for that matter. Francesco and his wonderful team have restored this magnificent masseria with extraordinary passion, care, and respect for its history. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered while preserving the soul and authenticity of the property. The rooms are stunning, with original stone arched ceilings, beautiful décor, and thoughtful touches throughout. The grounds are equally breathtaking, with fruit trees, ancient olive groves, a vegetable garden, gorgeous landscaping and an amazing pool right in the middle of it all. The farm-to-table experience is exceptional. Maria Theresa runs an outstanding kitchen, where every dish is prepared with love, artistry, and passion, celebrating the wonderful flavors of Puglia. What makes this masseria truly unforgettable, however, are the people. Francesco and his team are devoted and gracious hosts who make you feel like their number-one priority from arrival to checkout. I came expecting a beautiful hotel and left feeling I had discovered a little piece of Puglian paradise. An unforgettable experience—I cannot wait to return!

This hotel is the perfect example of what a boutique hotel should be. Beyond being a beautiful and impeccably maintained property, it is the staff who truly make it an exceptional place for a vacation. Melania, Pier Francesco, and the entire team are outstanding and go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. The rooms are beautiful and exactly as pictured, and the hotel itself has a wonderful fragrance that adds to the overall experience. The breakfast is among the best I have ever had at a hotel, with excellent quality and variety. The location is also ideal—close to restaurants and beaches, yet just far enough from the busy center to ensure complete peace and quiet at night. This is as close to a perfect hotel as I have experienced. I will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

O Bambarone é extraordinário !
