Pas de salle de bain et toilette dans notre chambre Très mal indiqué sur votre site Photo trompeuse sur le site Nous avons fait des réclamations auprès de Urban Sans aucun changement Donc nous avons réduit notre séjour pour un hôtel avec salle de bain dans notre chambre Jacuzzi vert nous n’avons pas pu aller dedans

Reservei quarto com banheiro privativo e fui alocada em um quarto sem banheiro, tendo que utilizar o banheiro compartilhado. Mensagens no WhatsApp não respondidas. Copa/cozinha compartilhada longe das acomodações, necessário sair do prédio e atravessar a parte externa para chegar ao local (nada confortável especialmente com tempo ruim).
