Well equipped, great location
Great apartment which literally had everything we needed. The location was spot on. If I'm being super fussy the floors are quite thin so we could hear the child running around upstairs but it didn't disrupt our sleep or enjoyment. I would gladly stay here again.

Excellent experience
It was a large spacious apartment, modern decor and furnishing and very well equipped with everything for a home from home. Private free parking under the building was very useful. 5 minute walk to supermarket and a Mainline train station, all help to make this apartment an excellent experience and one we will repeat.

Nice stay at a quiet time of year
Follow the instructions provided clearly to find the entrance. Whilst the building is easily spotted from the road the entrance is quite concealed. Once inside the place is in good condition with all the furniture in very condition. Whilst the place clearly had a easy once over of clean it clearly needs a little more attention to detail on this. We have a good layer of crumbs under the sofa, we easily cleaned using the vacuum provided. We decided not to use either oven as they really needed a deep clean. We were lucky we went at a quiet time as the walls are not very sound absorbing and sound travels through easily. Also, we could easily hear the foot steps of the people living above. But apart from that all was really good. Secure allocated parking, and many shops near by kept costs down. Family really enjoyed the stay.

Equinox Place Luxury 2BR Apartment
Self check-in was slightly difficult with a few access codes but we got in with no issues and its good to know how secure the property is. We had an issue with the flat Saturday morning and called the guest services mobile number, said issue was rectified and apologised for immediately by Craig(?) very polite and responsive. We were given a new property with the same spec and complimentary late check out as a goodwill gesture. Kitchen well equipped- but bring your own non stick pan! No washing up liquid or sanitizer to clean up own mess but hallelujah there is a dishwasher. There are no staff on site which to be honest we as a couple prefer- more ‘homely’ and private than a hotel. Busy main road outside but two fans are provided in the apartment and balcony lovely. One slight complaint- blackout blinds may be more suited to bedrooms! Bedroom very light from 6am so no lie in :(

Superb stay
Amazing place. Location is just next to Farnborough railway station.superbly clean and comfortable. We found all utilities for a comfortable 6 days stay. Only flip side was lack of procedure to get out of the building once the keys are deposited in the box. Only way to open the door is with keys which you just returned. Otherwise, for the property part and stay, the place is flawless. A bit overpriced though

Was surprised at how clean and tidy the apartment was. The fans were a bonus as it was so hot. Then staff were excellent in helping as I did not pick up my details from home. Would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks for everything. Will stay again

Not the solution for kids
Traveling with my two young children (3&1yrs), we had liked the idea of a two bed appartment for us all to sleep separately in. However, despite requesting a cot for my youngest, this was not in the apartment when we arrived. Because this is not a manned facility, the cot had to be sent from Reading, taking over an hour after getting through to someone. Even then, there was no cot matress, with the delivery guy instead giving us a pack of 10 small towels - hardly safe or comfortable. By the time the cot was set up, it was nearly 11pm and we had to be out the room by 10am, so we didn't get any of the down time we wanted. Had the cot been there, the apartment itself was quite nice. Do not stay here in the summer though! Our room was 27.5 degrees when we got there, which was hotter than peak temperatures that day. As the balcony door didn't work, we could not cool it down. Road noise meant the windows (with safety catches) had to be closed over night. We'd never rely on the staff here again, as there are none

Great, clean, spacious apartment
Apartments are very clean, large and airy with a nice little balcony. Comfortable rooms and all the usual amenities. 2 minute walk from a train station with a 30minute train to London! A great place for a short or long stay!

Convenient family stay
Nice clean modern apartment with excellent kitchen facilities. Road was busy on Friday evening so lots of road but quiet over the weekend. Location convenient for station. Would stay again

Missing Property
I have stayed in these apartments on several occasions this year and have found them to be clean and comfortable. However I am very disappointed as a result of my most recent stay. Due to my own fault I left two items in the apartment one in the bedroom (a charger) and one in the living area (an exercise mat) however I realised this as I was driving home and immediately phoned the company. I was later informed that Housekeeping had not found either of the items. Having double checked my bags, there can be no other place that these items could be; I find it very hard to understand that Housekeeping could not find them. All together very disappointing

The apartment was convenient for transport links and the local shopping centres. 37 minute train ride to London Waterloo. We used it as a base for sightseeing in the area and it had a good range of facilities, eg washer/dryer and dishwasher. It was clean well maintained.

Comfortable Home Away from Home
Our family vacations in the UK often and we always look for comfort and affordability. We have our usual go to home, but wanted to visit friends in a different location, so we chose Equinox Place for distance from friends, price and comfort. We were surprised that we got all three. It was in a perfect location right across from the train station. It was very clean. And the five of us were extremely comfortable after touring all day. We would definitely stay there again!

Best stay so far
I never usually leave reviews for things, but this I feel was a must.. I very frequently stay away from home for work and this felt like my home away from home, a great sized apartment 2 descent bedrooms one with on suite with the best shower I've ever been in, 1 bathroom with tub and a open planned frontroom kitchen with top ranged appliances this was great value for money as I usually spend the same just on a hotel room. The area was very quiet and got a great nights sleep, about 2 mins walk from the apartment is a great wetherspoons pub where I had my evening meal steak with a pint of the black stuff and at £8 a bargain, on a stop off at the large sainsburys to grab a few snacks for my overnight stay I noticed a cinema complex and a shopping centre but alas I had no time investigate more. Would love to see more of these around the country on this site as no longer will I waste my money on a Hilton or Novotel when you can stay away in a place that almost feels as comfortable as being at home and Im already planning to book another visit soon as I'm in the area in a weeks time..
