「The property itself was nice. Check-in and out instructions were good. However, for 4 adult women to only have 4 bath towels for 3 nights…there should have been more towels. Also, there were no sheets or blanket provided for the pull out bed. There was a smell in the apartment we couldn’t figure out then realized potatoes had been left in the pantry from previous guests I presume. There were no tissue boxes available. I think for the money, these small details could have been better.」

「This place was an amazing spot right in center of everything. It wasn’t far at all from too much despite Dallas traffic but overall I give 10/10. Very unique & clean. Love the modern touches and the beds were sooo comfortable! Beware lots of stairs lol but it wasn’t bad you definitely get a good cardio in staying there but overall I would recommend and stay here again !」

「This place was terrible. Primary bed was broken, couch was broken, mold in the shower, rust completely inside and outside of the coffee pot. Entry is really complicated, there are 3-4 different gates all with different gate codes and we didn’t receive the right codes to get in. No one will ever answer the phone, you can only email and when I told them everything wrong and that I didn’t want to stay there because beds were terrible and everything was broken, dirty and not cared for they refused...

「Unfortunately, this was not a comfortable or secure stay. The unit was extremely HOT the entire time, day and night. I had my French Bulldog with me, and Frenchies are very sensitive to heat. He was panting constantly, and I was genuinely concerned about him. I would have relocated, but the city was extremely booked and I could not find another available place to stay. The floors were also noticeably dirty and did not appear to have been properly cleaned before our arrival, trash in the trash...
