The location of the property offers a respite from mundane city life without travelling too far.
The hospitality was on point. However, in the room, the balcony was not cleaned and was quite dusty.
The high tea was not well managed, and the food was a let down too. Thankfully, dinner and breakfast was exceptionally good, especially the Indian cuisine. A big cheer to all the staff attending to us right from stepping out of the vehicle to getting back into it, for always being attentive and warm.

A terrible experience. The front desk staff were dishonest, shameless, and unfriendly. The room was in very poor condition in terms of cleanliness. I seriously question whether this hotel chain is worth the price. I would not recommend it to anyone.
