Overall the staff was helpful and the toom was clean. Communication was a bit of a struggle but was manageable and staff was polite above all else. This place definitely delivers on its price range - not fancy, slightly sketch part of town, etc. However, the room was clean and I received no hassle for my dogs, and my pet deposit was refunded promptly. I wouldnt stay here with my family, but would definitely book again in a linch when traveling through.

Whatever it may be in past but looking at current pace of renovation efforts which current owner and all associate staff doing this property will be good in upcoming days. We enjoyed stay, all staff was good and helpful.

October 2024 stay

The place was adequate, but needs a renovation. As one of the cheapest places to stay in Fargo, it served our needs. The location was excellent.

Place stank like old cigarette. Even though sheets were clean, the smell embeds itself I to everything. Staff was good, place was clean, just can’t get rude if that nasty cigarette smell.

The employees were friendly. There was no fridge in the room but i honestly forgot to even ask about that before hand. I've always just thought of that as standard but i guess that is not true. The price of this location was much lower than the other hotels in the area. It served is purpose, i had a place to shower and sleep while i was in town.

Staff was friendly and helpful and room was clean and comfortable but as soon as we entered the hotel there was a woman in the hall drunk and yelling at us. We later learned she was arrested but there was still yelling and banging all night. Also we were on the main floor and our windows didn’t lock so we didn’t feel very safe as there were people hanging around the parking lot late at night.

We booked because we just needed something more comfortable than the car for a few hours of sleep. It was adequate for that purpose only. Front desk was friendly for check in and out. Place is falling apart and needs a lot of updates. Floors had gaps in them, walls stained with holes, huge gap in the room door, blanket on bed was thin and sad. No fridge in the room. Coffee was available in the morning but it was terrible and burnt. Served it's purpose to get a few hours sleep but wouldn't recommend it for anything else.

Many broken windows in the entrance. Back door was not secure. Security latch in the room did not work No cups in the rooms Pool was not working However bed was comfortable and clean and we were there only one night just to sleep

The outside property is not kept up. The room floors were very dirty, flooring bad. There were no mattress pads on the beds. After inspection, the beds seemed new and were comfy. The fire alarm went off at 4:30 a.m. No one responded to tell us it was a false alarm. There was also a banging noise the whole time which must have been a vent on the roof.

Booked this property because it was advertised as 'newly renovated'. Property was not. The floor had a lot of chipped/holes on the vinyl. Bathroom doors were very hard to open/close. Shower head was weak - it also had lots of hair in the bathroom from previous people. When we arrived, there was a homeless man right at the entrance. For something postive, our stay was pretty quiet, and we were not disturbed. There were lots of plugs/outlets around the room. The location is pretty convenient - it is close to everything. Front desk was nice, brought us extra towels when requested.
