「Room was clean with a nice view of downtown Fargo. Came in on a holiday and everything in the hotel (bar, restaurant, coffee shop) were closed. To add to the insult, the hotel sent me a message inviting me to enjoy these during my stay. I got to use the food credit the next morning and the staff were helpful in maximizing its value which I very much appreciated.」

「Hallways smell like marijuana and cigarettes. Very sketchy people hanging out in the hallways. Walls and doors are thin, can hear people from all directions. Sheets were filthy, didn't look like they were washed at all. Towels smelt really gross, regret wiping my face with them. I couldn't have a shower, I was disgusted. 「My stay was disappointing due to several maintenance and room-related issues. First, my room did not have both a microwave and refrigerator as expected. I had to request that a microwave be moved from another room to mine. Second, the hotel's front entrance door had an extremely loud squeak that could be heard clearly from my room, especially at night when trying to sleep.
