「We had one misunderstanding about the type of reserved room. Although I reserved a triple room for 3 adults (which price was reasonable that motivated me to reserve) ,but in check-in process in hotel was informed that actually the reserved room is for two people and for third one I must pay an extra money. I paid that extra amount, but honestly said if I knew about it ,maybe I had not got the room.」

「L'appartement est impeccable et décoré avec goût, calme même si donnant sur la rue, équipement complet pour un séjour. Tout était parfait. Pas de note pour le personnel puisque je n'ai pas eu de contact direct mais en revanche les instructions données par SMS puis par mail sont parfaitement claires et permettent une totale autonomie à l'arrivée, pendant le séjour et au moment du départ. A recommander.」
