「Host cancelled the booking with less than 24 hours of notice (apparently due to a double booking) when I had already travelled to the area, which left me high and dry at the last minute. I had booked nearly 2 weeks in advance so there should have been plenty of time for this to be flagged in their system. I understand that these things happen, but the lack of notice was unacceptable and caused considerable inconvenience. Caveat emptor」

「Rooms were spacious, modern and clean. We didn’t use the spa due to only staying one night and the extra charge as booked through Expedia but if book direct, it’s included. Breakfast was £16.95 and worth it. Great choice. Lovely outdoor seating area. Beds comfy. Bathrooms good. Quiet location. All was good.」
