「Booked last minute - best pool in the area but sun beds were limited. Some were damaged, not fit for purpose. Some umbrellas were broken. Pool bar was open if you could catch him.... Nice on arrival that you are taken to your room but dont expect anything else. Had ground floor room which was clean. 「I had a lovely time at the hotel on a B&B basis..The room was big and clean and tidied every day. The pool area was excellent with lots of beds a great pool. I had a few evening meals and the food was ok with a good chance. All the the staff were very professional and very friendly. It was near the end of the season and quiet so there wasn't any activities either during the day or evening. I would certainly visit again.」

「The hotel is situated almost on the beach , which helps enormously as ‘ the towel brigade’ are up at the crack of dawn , putting there towels down . That would be the only negative comment as the hotel fulfilled my high expectations.」

「Coming to Cyprus, visiting Ayia Napa is a must but it’s expensive. It’s a very touristy area and these apartments are far enough out of being directly in it. With the heat of September, it was nice to be by the pool all day and then venture out. Parking I think is limited on site, but believe there were other pots available. It is old and tired, but rooms are huge. Good value for what it is. 」

「Napa Jay is unfortunenaly not made for families, beginning with the check-in there was no room for corrections. We traveled as three people including a little baby, we arrived and the room was prepared with three single beds. In the evening there was then no possibilty to change that. At the next morning the Miss on the reception offered then to change, that was very kind. But we changed the hotel after two days because the vibe and the condition of the hotel is not good anymore.
