"My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Owner Katie was very friendly and very helpful in providing recommendations on what to do and see in Falmouth and even booked a restaurant for us that she knew would be busy. Location was walking distance into town, about 15 minutes to the start of the high street. Room had solid wood furniture, electric shower and quirky wall art. Small TV, but never used it. Breakfast was a good quantity, mix of full English, with yoghurt, cereal and fresh fruit available. Beach was about five minutes away, but never walked down that way."

"Hotel has a lovely view and pretty grounds, but unfortunately the weather didn't allow us to enjoy them or sit on the terrace etc. The interior of the hotel is very dated and the hallways smelt musty. However, the rooms were perfectly clean and of a good standard, althought the bed was a little uncomfortable. The bathroom was fitted with a power shower that looked new and worked well. There was plenty of car parking. Staff were freindly and breakfast was very good, althought the dining area did not have a great ambience. We did not eat at the hotel in the evening. The hotel is in a rural location so it was necessary to drive to reach town, but the price did reflect this. Falmouth as a whole seems to be very highly priced at present, so although less than the hotels in town, this stay did not feel like great value for money."

Staff all lovely and helpful. Breakfast was very nice, great choice available with lovely sea views. Lovely bar area, again with great views, nice to sit and chat late into the evening."
