We had a wonderful stay at Attunga in Falls Creek and highly recommend it. The location is absolutely perfect – truly ski-in, ski-out access that made getting onto the slopes effortless each day. The views over the mountains were stunning and added to the whole alpine experience.
What really stood out, though, was the genuinely friendly and welcoming staff. From check-in to dining, every interaction felt warm and personal.
Beautiful position over looking the valley, the warmth shown by both James and Bronwyn was a high light, they made you feel part of the family. The bar area with fireplace, piano and lovely furniture made it warm and inviting… loved my stay !!
Stayed at Attunga for a boys snowboarding trip. Perfect location! Rooms met expectation (small, but you're not in Falls Creek to sleep). Owners (James, wife and son - the barman) very welcoming. Had plenty of occasions where we had a drink with them in their comfortable lounge overlooking the beautiful mountains. Cooked breaky in the morning is a perfect way to start. If you meet the chef, talk to him about the 2016 AFL grand final and you might get an extra couple of rashers of bacon in the morning.... Genuinely care about their occupants and go out of the way to make sure you're comfortable! Even met the previous owner and Winter Olympian - Steven Lee, over a beer. Would highly recommend and will likely stay again next time..
Small room but enough for sleep. The room clean and well presemted with good locking security system. You can hear people walking and talking on the alley but it was not noisy during our stay. Owner and staff are friendly. Thanks for night stay. If you like drimk in bar, the restaurant open until 11 pm i think.
There was nothing special about the property, was really unhygienic and there was a weird bleach smell in the room that was not tolerable. Staff was not professional was really rude at first and then charged his attitude after knowing that we will put a bad review against him, and also wanted to charge us for 3 nights whilst we didn't want to. I will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone.
Very clean accomodation and premises. The staff were great, the only down side from us was that we had a very small room, which was the only one available at the time
To park so far away and drag our belongings to the lodge was difficult.
Food availability was awful.
No fridge in the room.
A tiny room and even smaller bathroom, worse than inner London!
4pm entry was rude and awful in storm conditions, 5 degrees outside and no cafes open, a depressing stay.
Paid full price for two rooms but were not told the bar and restaurant wouldn’t be open. We’re unable to use the pool but thought a spa after dinner would be nice but again was told we were unable to access this. Very disappointed that we went all that way and unable to use any facilities. Owner didn’t seem to want to make any effort at all
The staff looked after us really well especially my wife who is recovering from a stroke made everything as comfortable as possible for her. Thank you guys👌👌👌👍👍
The room was small, but typical of ski in/out accommodation. Had everything you need, including a comfortable bed. Good location to services in the Falls Creek Village. Restaurant/bar on site, so you don't have to go out in the cold, but other options nearby too. On site spa was nice to have for post skiing recovery! Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Property was exactly as described. Staff are friendly, service is excellent, and Attunga has a really genuine amd friendly atmosphere. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back.
The lodge has a fantastic view from the balcony. The room is very comfortable and clean. James the owner was helpful and provided great advice regaridng the area.
Can't fault the place, arrived early and had somewhere to put all the gear and headed out for a great day of boarding. Spa was mint, room was on point, loved the breakfast. Everything was on point really.
