"We were expecting to have a hot tub in our cabin didn’t have one even though it showed pictures that there was one and our grill didn’t work"

"The room, grounds, office were all well organized, and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. They seemed to think of everything; had a room fan, hair dryer, broom to brush snow off the car, accessible ice machine in the office, chocolate chip cookies in the office, fire place in the , had a library, location/view by the river was wonderful, was close to Wapiti restaurant, the park and downtown. The people there were extremely friendly and helpful. Interacted with ne of the owners. Loved it!"

"We enjoyed the location very much as the property is right next to the river and two miles from the Rocky Mountain National Park entrance. The owner at the front desk was friendly. We did not like the bed as it was very firm and uncomfortable. We shared this with the owner We also thought the kindling provided for the fireplace was not enough to start a fire in the fireplaces. We hope this part of the property will be renovated and we will consider staying there again."

"The decor was perfect along with the room itself. Kitchen was very well stocked. Elk were outside our door nothing in the evening and morning. Secluded with river flowing just a few feet from door. The owners were extremely accommodating after a 2 foot snowfall also. Will definitely stay there again!"
