"PROS: The location is what make this hotel stand out. It's across from the Seattle Public Library, 4 minutes walk to the Light Rail station, 15 minutes walk to the water front and Pike's Market. You can pretty much go to all the public attrations in Seattle without a car. Staff are nice and friendly.
CONS: the hotel is old. There are a lot of wears and tears that are very visible. The room is super small and no space to sit. Being in downtown also make your surrounding very loud. You will definitely need earplug for sleeping.
Overall, I am happy with my stay since it's only 1 night. Can't imagine myself stay for longer

"It's an older building with some creaks and groans but it's nicely remodeled and clean. The bed was comfortable and the towels are good quality. There is a good hot breakfast and other nice touches like lemon water and coffee in the lobby. The staff is friendly and helpful. "
"Old style building. Roof top deck with great view. We only had one issue. We booked shuttle from hotel to airport at 715. In lobby by 7 & told driver would be here shortly. 730 I go back to desk & same clerk said I wasn’t scheduled til 745. We needed to be at airport by 8. He called the driver & he came at 740. He drove very fast & we were there by 810. Not impressed with the scheduling or the driver. He kept slapping himself in the face while driving like he was trying to stay awake. It was a little scary."
"The water view was the best! The lobby and dining room was nice to sit in. The food was excellent.
The room was spacious for 2. No hot water option for making tea in room; just coffee pods. The gym was very unappealing due to no windows and musty smell. It would be nicer to exercise looking at the water view.
Would go back for sure!"
"Amazing stay at Hyatt Regency Seattle! The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring downtown, Pike Place Market, and the Space Needle. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Seattle!"
