Struttura di grande dimensione in buone condizioni con servizio navetta per le piste. Personale cordiale ed attento. Ristorazione di livello. Da migliorare la zona benessere. La singola occupata era priva di bidet.

camera adiacente a caldaia principale, rumorosissima, oltre che ad essere vicina alla porta tagliafuoco che divideva la sala da ballo con musica alta fino a tardissima sera, Albergo sconsigliatissimo, seconda notte già pagata non usufruita e cambiato location, bastava essere più onesti e sinceri, e avvertirci che la camera poteva essere rumorosa , ci saremmo indirizzati diversamente.

Stanza non adeguata , molto piccola con parquet in vari punti staccato, senza finestre ma con due fessure poste in alto, non so nemmeno se a norma,dalle quali non si vede niente.Ma il punto più critico lo hanno raggiunto quando giunti alla colazione il direttore di sala non ci ha fatto entrare perché c era il cane, abbiamo dovuto mangiare su due divani brutti posti davanti all ascensore senza tavolo chiaramente ,tenendo le pietanze in mano, una situazione da profughi paganti.chiaramente con molta calma sono andato a parlare con il direttore manifestando il dissenso.situazione molto vergognosa, e il direttore non si scusava nemmeno, solo la mia calma ha mantenuto la cosa nel decente

Rooms not soundproof
Rooms are not soundproof, a lot of noise comes from the corridor or next door room neighbors. They charge 5 Euro per day for a membership card, but they only told me about this at check-out. The outside of the hotel is in need of some good maintenance.

Un mauvais rapport qualité/prix
La chambre était propre, mais c'est le seul point positif : la salle de bain n'était pas plus grande qu'un placard (quelqu'un d'un peu fort ne pourrait pas entrer dans la douche), la literie à peine convenable, la connexion internet presque inexistante, la chambre mal insonorisée et le petit-déjeuner d'une tristesse sans nom. L'hôtel le plus cher de mon voyage mais de loin le moins agréable.

Mi è piaciuta in particolar modo l'animazione per i bambini.
La Colazione era buona e anche la cena soprattutto il buffet e i dessert.
Il servizio navetta ad orari fissi, dovrebbe però assicurare il servizio a chiamata anche fuori orario.
Sufficiente la zona Wellness, con attrezzi fitness, ingresso limitato alla zona piscina con idromassaggio e sauna, solo su prenotazione con turni massimo di 20 persone, limite di tempo 40 minuti, per consentire l'uso della piscina un pò a tutti perché è molto piccola, ma con altezza 1,50 cm. circa.

Per la posizione niente da dire, è a 5’ di macchina dagli impianti di risalita di Molino da dove si può arrivare fino al passo San Pellegrino...ma il prezzo è davvero troppo alto per quello che offre. Nella mia stanza c’era un bagno claustrofobico senza bidè nè una finestra nè una ventola; quando ho prenotato c’era scritto che avrei avuto anche la colazione inclusa e invece non è stato così; nella stanza faceva davvero troppo caldo senza la possibilità di abbassare il riscaldamento, sono stata costretta a dormire con la finestra aperta. In generale la struttura non è comunque niente di che, un po’ anni 80 e mal messa.

Seemed to be a place where children ran riot. Way too noisy: no insulation from room to room. Then they tried to charge to use hotel amenities which they said was communal and automatic. I said no. Do not stay here.

Zum Skifahren war das Hotel absolut ausreichend. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Besonders zu erwähnen ist der kostenlose Hotelshuttle zum ca. 1km entfernten Skigebiet. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht und fanden das Essen für den Preis vollkommen in Ordnung, auch wenn es aufgrund der Größe des Hotels eher einer Großküche ähnelte. Der größte Minuspunkt war die Hellhörigkeit in den Zimmern. Das Hotel ist ein Familienhotel und die vielen Kinder machen bis spät in die Abendstunden wirklich viel Lärm, den man vom Gang aus in die Zimmer hört.
