Not obvious where the entrance is, but what a lovely place to stay. Really good breakfast and a nice lounge if you don’t want to sit in your room. Pub next door was closed but may jut be closed on Wednesday.
The owner was extremely friendly and the breakfast was hat and plenty of it.
Our room was clean and the bathroom was clean. All facilities were waiting for us. Would go again if required

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Staff were very courteous and accommodating, and gave helpful suggestions about the local area.
Breakfast was made to order at our chosen time.
Unfortunately, I thought the room looked rather tired and I found the bed quite uncomfortable, with hard ridges across the mattress all the way down.
The bathroom in our room was OK but quite small. There were no shelves or anywhere to put toiletries or cosmetics.
Perfect venue. Location excellent for where we needed to be. Lovely friendly people who couldn't do enough for us. Nothing was too much trouble. The place had a lovely warm feeling about it, lots to look at in the dining area and around the place, everything had been thought out so well. WONDERFUL.
It was all excellent particularly the breakfasts and I liked having a fridge. One star lost for Eco -friendly because no container for recycling, tiny plastic containers for shampoo and my hand towel was unnecessarily replaced (although i appreciate the good intentions). I had a lovely room with antique-type decorations.
We had a lovely comfortable 3 night stay at Audrey’s amazing B&B. Very attentive and welcoming. Fabulous breakfast. Definitely a B&B to recommend if in the area
Loved the wonderful service and family friendly care. Bed was comfy with snuggly comfy pillows and duvet.
Breakfast was well prepared on beautiful old fashioned crockery, so well looked after.
It was quaint and cute...had everythibg i needed.
Lookibg forward to going back
Fascinating memorabilia and beautiful antiques in striking dining/living room - vestibule doubles as a pub ( very handy) whilst local inn is closed. Interesting tales from landlady Audrey who makes a delicious and elegant breakfast served on beautiful Royal Albert Old Country Rose crockery.
