The staff was very friendly, polite and professional. The property itself is very peaceful. The food options are good, typical North Indian fare with some South Indian options.

Not sure how it is listed as a 4 star. It is barely 2 star. The staff is excellent, location is great, place is safe for women too, but the property is 2 star. Also note that it's a tent, so always very noisy (unlike the "luxury tent" that I stayed in at Masai Mara, this is more like outdoor camping. Bathroom smelled weird. The heavy cloth partition between 'room' and 'bath' was very dirty. If they want tent or camp like setting, may be consider using bamboo doors as they are light, sturdy and more hygienic. I did not feel like taking shower there. That said, if you're looking for a reasonably priced option, don't mind the noise, and are used to ok toilets and bath, this might be ok. Kids and families seemed to enjoy it for sure. Dining staff was very good. If it was listed as 2 star, I wouldn't have booked it. But as it is listed as 4 star, I was very disappointed at the property. Luckily I was there for one night only and checked into another hotel the next day. Again, big thanks to all the staff but property is not my kind. PS: Put a heater in the reception area, the poor staff was trembling in the cold weather.

Access road was broken, there was no parking, to reach Temple, you have to around for about 2 km but there is a drop service,lot of monkeys, service in dining area was good, staff was helpful, open space was nice
