「The entire stay exceeded our expectations. The pool and hot tubs were so relaxing after long bike rides. The room was exceptionally comfortable and had everything we needed.」

「It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.」

「Great hotel. I have stayed a couple of times and will stay again in the next trip to Frisco. Tommy at breakfast is great. Great positive attitude in the morning makes start of the day perfect.」

「The location was perfect and super close walking distance to downtown, food and shops. The hotel was super clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable and the room was very spacious. Would highly recommend staying here! Oh can’t beat the beautiful views!」

「When we arrived, Jeff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We had never been to Colorado before and he gave us many great recommendations!!」

「Clean room, the 2BR suites are MUCH nicer than the more normal hotel style room I got this time and I’d recommend upgrading if you can. But it was perfectly good.」

「Clean and great location. Finding the amenities was a bit challenging but overall the stay was great. I made a mistake on the dates for reservation and immediately called to change it within minutes. They would not change it or refund my money. Very frustrating experience.」

「Upon arrival front desk was being rude not very helpful. If you have kids and need a crib the rooms are small we had the room with two queen beds and had to put the crib in between both beds so had to climb on the bed to get to my side. It was my first time asking for a crib was not sure what the hotel provided after guy explained what they provided with the crib. I asked for the bedsheets right away after arrival he said no to go set up the crib first. When I came back for the sheets he acted...

「Great amenities. Of course fabulous views! Friendly and helpful staff. The room was nice and clean. Kitchen was very well stocked. My only suggestion for the room was a chest of drawers would be nice in the bedroom. Really enjoyed our stay.」
