「Its so nice these days to encounter exceptional service and that’s exactly what I experienced here. Very clean. Linens and bed very comfortable. I like that they have lemon water available for guests in the lobby. As wel as coffee. Convenient location right off 75. 」

From the guy who just started who checked me in, to the overnight guy with whom I checked out. Very kind and reinforces the kindness of people in Kentucky. Would stay there again. 」

「Location location location! We were in town for Billy Strings at Rupp Arena and it was perfect! Literally connected to the arena so there was no driving to and from our main destination. They have a nice restaurant and bar onsite, plus walking distance to many other options. I highly recommend The Hyatt Regency in Lexington. The staff were all super nice and helpful as well.」

「The main part of the hotel was beautiful but there were several issues with the room. The staff was not very friendly and many of the included amenities were not fully explained. 」

「There was no breakfast available when I went down at 930. Only cereal left. Wasn’t happy about that. But the bed was comfortable and it was nice to have a kitchenette for ice and dishes」

「Efficient check-in and check-out, clean room, plenty of parking. Couple's loud arguing in adjacent room (very early AM) was unpleasant, but not the fault of the hotel staff. Convenient location.」
