「I have insect bites all over my body」

「A friendly face greeted us when we arrived. Was a welcoming room and very quiet. Would recommend for anyone to stay and I will stay again.」

「The room was decently cleaned, perfectly livable, but not exceptional. Some urine left on the bottom of the toilet seat, on the outside. Staff was friendly and great. Breakfast was good. The pillows on one of the beds were very flat and were folded over, and shoved into the pillowcase in a way to make them seem fuller, but it made them very short. Just seemed like they didn’t want to replace old pillows. No complaints other than that, we were comfortable and content! Great for a night’s stay.」

「Potentially soaking the shower heads regularly to prevent mold/water buildup. I had to clean the showerhead before giving my minor child a shower/bath, and thankfully my husband didn't see it. The mini fridge was not "cold", I noticed the back wall was cracked and there was ice buildup coming through the break itself. The worker at check-in said that there was someone working to restore the TV services, but at check-out we were told they were updating the system entirely. The TV remote did not...

「Very clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent staff was always replenishing the breakfast bar. Unfortunately the pool was closed when we were there but everything else was so great definitely coming back again. 」

「The staff charged me for the room instead of just the deposit and then gave me attitude when I informed them the room was paid through Expedia in full area. There excuse was that “third party bookings” give them a hard time. That is no excuse to double charge me and just try to hand me room keys like all is well. All is not well. You just charged me full price for the room and not the deposit. The “oh well” attitude from the staff was unbelievable. The lady also called me by an ungodly word...

「The hotel is very out dated and not maintained. Our room had no headboards, but you could still see where they'd taken the old ones off. Our sheets were stained as well as the carpet and walls. The bathroom faucet hot water tap didnt work. It was very noisy on the 4th floor and the elevator...omg....its a death trap!」
