「Great place to stay」

「Everything was good.」

「The room was very clean, linens were white and clean, but pillows were horrible and lumpy. Pictures were definitely from when the hotel was first built and it's much more run down now. However, you get what you pay for so at this price range, it was adequate, clean and safe. Lady at check in was not very helpful to me or the guests checking in before me but the lady in the morning was delightful. Breakfast was good. 「Was assigned a room and when I opened the door there were clothes and boots on the bed. When I went to the front desk I was finally assigned a bottom floor which I requested to start with. Also found I was given a non upgraded room when I paid for an upgraded room. When I asked to receive a refund for the difference I was told no. I will not be staying here again.」

「Staff were helpful and friendly. We were able to check in early. We weren’t looking for any extras, just a place to sleep for the night and they were great. It was quiet and we weren’t looking able to get a good night’s sleep and head out early the next day.」

「Jarod was very helpful and friendly. Amazing location. Within 1/2 mi several restaurants as well as 2 grocery stores. Very safe area as well as friendly folk. So close to Greenville concert hall. Definitely will stay again.」

「The pool was a lot of fun and meeting other guests at the hotel was great! Had a wonderful breakfast of omelette, potatoes and waffles! I love the bagels! They are just like up north」

「The floor was sticky and not clean. Pillows were almost flat and like cardboard. Only one bath towel for 2 adults, only one roll of toilet paper and no tissues. Called front desk for toilet paper, tissues and towels; they said it would be "right up". Two hours later we had to go get stuff. Front desk was not helpful, finally gave me towels (one to use as pillow) and 1 roll of toilet paper. 」

「Terrible Customer Service with the staff!!!!! Check out was a nightmare!! We waited for over an hour and a half for the manager to fix some adjustments but he never came out. The manager's name is Drake and the front desk rep that was NOT helpful at all, her name is Sheryl (could be spelled Cheryl). They also charge a $5.50 parking fee but it's a regular parking lot, not a parking garage or in a metropolitan/downtown area. The rooms smelled musty, damp, and it was rather warm, no matter how low...
