"Be sure to understand the early check in options. Process was confusing and the staff member was not particularly helpful or accommodating. When questioned about the inconsistencies, I was threatened with security. Definitelly a poor experience with check in. The staff has always been wonderful up until this year. "

"Our room was typical but sheets were clean and things seemed well kept. The pull out couch was brand new so they are making effort upgrade and make things better! All the staff were nice and accommodating! Saige at the front desk over night was great and the lady who took care of the breakfast in the am was super kind and friendly, she kept everything hot fresh and clean! We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again if we needed to! "

There was muddy footprints in the shower and I found dirt on the shirts indicating they hadn't been changed. There were no additional blankets the bedding covers are minimal so I was very cold sleeping here. "
