I went and got my own. Just to come back to find out they had no quarters. Then the front desk clerk asks permission to get change and she told him NO. 「I think the breakfast bar could have been kept a little bit cleaner since there was a lot of kids.For whatever reason, this weekend at the facility. Overall everything was amazing. 「Dont expect much. Not the fanciest place but it was clean. You can tell it is an old establishment that has been remodeled on a budget. Overall not a bad place」

「The staff was quite nice when I came through, but very transactional. The room was subpar. The only lighting you get is from the lights on the nightstand. No ceiling light unless it is the bathroom. It was moderately clean, but not great. The bed was not very comfortable and there was a slight smell of mildew in the room. If you are looking for a place for a few days, it is not bad. If you are looking to vacation in this area or a nearby town, I would consider other options before coming there.」

「Absolutely enjoyed our four-night stay at the Jailer’s Inn—great location with several great restaurants and taverns close by. The Bourbon Trail with several world-renowned distilleries, is also close by. Paul, the owner, and all his staff were extremely welcoming. The breakfast each morning was delicious. Private parking is available too!! A definite place to enjoy Bardstown and take in the area's history. We will be back!!」
