「We have stayed at this hotel before and loved it! The restaurant had a great breakfast and the coffee was amazing! This stay was terrible. Upon check in, we were not informed that the AC was broken and the restaurant was closed due to extreme temps. I understand that completely but not having AC in the rooms should have been disclosed. The lobby and hallways were cool but the rooms were like an oven. Many guests upset at checkout but no staff to be found. We will not stay here again.」

I had to get three phone calls from the manager and search the hotel property knocking on hotel doors to wake staff up, only to have the manager scream at me on the phone and hang up on me. the building is falling apart even the outside overhang has pieces hanging down that are falling, paint is peeling, doors have signs that they are to be immediately vacated due to health and safety reasons, the brick wall in the reception area literally...
