「Alles bestens, Gemütlichkeit hat etwas gefehlt.. Ein Kamin wäre top! Es war jedoch alles vorhanden, es hat alles funktioniert. Das Apartment ist sehr hellhörig zum Nachbarhaus. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden. Umgebung ist wundervoll. 」

「I made a booking through hotels.com. I then received check in instructions from Dancenter, which is a holiday agent in Denmark. As the booking was done through hotels.com I expected the stay to be fully paid, but when arriving at the property it was clear that on top of the hotels.com price I had to pay for electricity, water and heating. This was not explained on hotels.com. Arriving at the property I discovered that there was no bedding, so I had to go to the local supermarket and buy bedding....

「Basically this listing on hotels.com has a lot of information that is not listed on their listed but is only provided to you after you've booked. On the listing, prior to my booking, the check in time is from 0900hrs but after booking, the property sent me an email stating check in is at 1600hrs. That's a discrepancy of 7 hours! Contacted the property via hotels.com chat and they just conveniently said please refer to their website. Why didn't they just put the right information at the listing...

「Beskrivelsen af lejligheden var meget kort. Måtte selv skrive for at hører mere ind til hvad der var i lejligheden hvilket kunne have været dejligt at vide forinden. For eksempel hvad der var i køkkenet ( eksempel kaffemaskine,fryser og lignende. ) Ellers var det et dejligt ophold vi havde og virkelig central beliggenhed midt i byen.」
