「got to the property wasn’t given any code and was greeted by a gentleman to let us know the landlord is advertising illegally and has no intention of actually letting people stay who pay. It was a disaster and we had to find last minute alternative accommodation i would avoid this like the plague. This shouldn’t be allowed to be advertised it’s actually all illegal and i have taken action regarding my ordeal. Never felt so unsafe in an area too!!」

「No ventilation, the apartment has no WINDOWS, accept for 2 roof lights which were too high to reach. The property was booked for 3 people, I rang and confirmed but regardless there was no linen or pillows for the 3rd person.」

「It was perfect for what we were after. A night in Southampton before getting an early ferry. Location for that. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Really helped make the stay. Only thing we would change would be a fan in the room, as widows didn't open much to get air flow. That said it was one of the hottest nights of the year. 」

「An amazing stay at a beautiful venue. Chalet has everything you need and is very clean and cosy. It is a very cool place with lots of things to do for the kids. Highly recommend it!」

「Very close to train station. Very close to large grocery store. Many diverse take-away and dining options in the neighbourhood. We all had our own bedroom. Kitchen was well equipped. Instructions for entry were clear. Door key was tricky at first, but we got the hang of it eventually. Bus routes nearby. No complaints. Would not hesitate to book again. 」
