What a great place to stay! Very clean and comfortable. Very quiet and peaceful too. Breakfast was great too. Easy walk into the city centre and bus no4 stops in the beautiful grounds . The views from the dining room are amazing. What value for money it was. Will stay again and highly recommend it. Free parking is a bonus.

Clean room, good breakfast, friendly staff, free parking. Only issue we had was lack of clear signage to car parks which weren't particularly close to Holland Hall

Breakfast was great - staff were friendly. The room was clean, but hot (due to the warm temperatures outside). There was a 45 min wait-time to get into the pool due to the limited number of lifeguards.

The accommodation was ideal and the breakfast was one of the best I’ve had (with gluten free and dairy free options readily available) The only thing to consider is that the car park isn’t exactly close to the halls and it’s an up hill walk back to the room

Really pleasant convenient accessible and straightforward accommodation very near central University campus. Very helpful and friendly staff. No tv so use mobile laptop for Netflix etc instead? Great breakfast with lots of choice included in price. Excellent value. Should be back again in 2 years for my niece's boyfriend's PhD ceremony. Thanks a lot

Nice, safe, quaint place to stay with large desk, fridge. Shower is quite small, but it works well. No toiletries were included, but you can ask at the reception as needed. Most additional items could be availabe upon request. For a budget friendly place within Exeter Campus it's a great choice.

Room was clean, lift didn’t get swept in the 5 nights I was there and had a lot of dried mud in it. I extended by a couple of nights because my friends were still there and reception man wasn’t very helpful. Had to do it online, even though I would have had an alumni discount if I did it at the desk. The map is entirely unhelpful for the parking if you don’t know your way around campus. They could do with adding more details to it to help people. I bumped into someone lost in the dark in the middle of campus trying to find their way back after parking their car. Building work is a little noisy in the forward facing rooms.
