「Room clean and tidy, facilities excellent. Food excellent. Staff friendly. Only negative points were at times noticeable staff shortage which affected service and Reception did not pass on to restaurant staff correct details of visitors having half board.」

「O hotel além de lindo é histórico. A localização é perfeita. Tem estacionamento no hotel mas é necessário reserva, mas tem um estacionamento público bem próximo. O quarto é muito bem decorada, com uma cama macia e tamanho do quarto agradável. O hotel tem um área externa gostosa e agradável. Café da manha excelente e o restaurante é perfeito. 」

「The van was very clean and bedding was fresh. Towels were provided which was nice. The TV had apps like Netflix and prime on which was good. There were plenty of cooking utensils and trays/pans. The heating was easy to use and warmed up very quickly.The Indoor pool is warm and clean. The staff in Amelia's cafe were friendly. We would go again 」

「Booked a valley castle room w king bed for one night in late Sep. Room was very clean with comfy n up to date decor. Room was big enough and soundproof quality was good. Big garden surrounded hotel n we took a pleasant walk the next day. Should have stayed for one or two nights so as to enjoy swimming pool and other facilities. The historical building was well maintained. Very pleasant stay 」
