「The staff and general facilities were excellent. The bed was horrible! Both Queen beds were old and very soft but one was broken in the middle and should have been removed. I notified the staff as we left concerning the bed. Not what have become accustomed to at HI Express」

「This was a wonderful experience. The host family was charming, considerate, and very accommodating. The pictured stairway is the entrance to the host's single family home. The host family lives upstairs over the one bedroom, one bathroom, work from home (wfh) studio apartment, which is on the ground floor. Everything was clean. The "kitchen" has a small (dorm size) refrigerator/freezer, sink, griddle, microwave, a coffeepot, some cabinet storage and a counter area. Folgers coffee, coffee...
