"Great time was had in the end because we went with another group. The room when we arrived was set up with one double bed and one single bed... for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children). I asked for another bed and got given a broken rollaway base with a paper thin mattress. For a 5 star establishment and to expect anyone even a child to sleep on that for 9 nights, I was shocked. Response from management on this point was not great. So if you are booking a room for 2 adults and 2 children beware of...

Még egy dolog, amin lehetne javítani, az a Spa centrum masszőrjeinek nyelvtudása ( sajnos legtöbben csak németül beszélnek, így az angol nyelven kért instrukciókat nem értették) és a masszőrök munkája közötti...
