I traveled from eastern Washington with my 3 month old, 10 year old, 12 year old, and 14 year old so they could all say their goodbyes and spend time with their uncle who was just put on hospice. We checked in pretty late and upon checking in and getting to our room, my 12 year old had noticed a "big black bug" that had crawled behind a pillow. I checked behind the pillow and between the mattress and the wall and seen 4-5 cockroaches. I immediately grabbed my 3 month old son off the bed and told the kids not to put anything on the ground. The guy at the front desk did not argue the complaint when I brought it to his attention. He did offer another room, which I declined. He gave my deposit back and also helped bring our belongings back to my vehicle. Service from him was exceptional. But I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you dont mind the roaches company at night.

Clean property. Very quiet. Set back off of the main road only negative to say about it would be that the shower curtain had a burn in it and should have been replaced

The whole property is poorly maintained, with many trip hazards on things like stone stairways. The room was BARELY clean. The female staff were pleasant and helpful, but there is NO Uber or taxi service. It's in a decent location but VERY noisy. No breakfast available, though stated in website. Overall, a VERY disappointing experience
