"A few improvements would make this a nice property. The TV did not work, and staff could not get it working. There were no options in the room for a non coffee drinker. The bed mattress was lumpy and soft like it had seen better days. Sheets had a lot of pilling. Front Desk Paul was a gem, and very pleasant. Wanted to like this property and give the management an opportunity to make it up to us. We paid to have the room upgraded and got a room where not all amenities were working. The refund was $22.00 and hardly covers the upgrade cost. Next time will go to the Marriott by the courthouse. "
