「Everything including service was excellent. Highly recommend it to everyone. I was keen to have a workout in their gym however the equipment was very limited. I’m sure this will be rectified in the future.」

「This is a perfect hotel to stay in Rosebank - it is conveniently connected to the Rosebank mall through a short covered walkway so easy access to all restaurants, shops and cinemas in Rosebank (everything you could need in one place) Our check in was so friendly and easy , and a lovely feeling in the reception of the hotel, they have a very relaxed helpful vibe. I can highly reccomend the hotel and would chose to stay anytime i am in South Africa」

「When in Joburg, the Parkwood in Rosepark is a sanctuary of relaxation and luxury. John Paul makes you feel welcome and pampered and the suites are large, well appointed and more than comfortable for relaxing and sleeping when on property. So much better than much larger chain hotels throughout Joburg. Location and luxury make the Parkwood our top option. 」

「Alcohol free hotel so be aware. Staff lovely and rooms well appointed. I have had hot water issues on the last two visits and the lack of a fridge in the room is a pain. Breakfast service can be slow. Would recommend due to location and staff.」

「Bring your own wash cloths. There are mice outside running on the property so get used to that. Staff was friendly. The cleaning crew will open the door after a soft knock so be prepared. They change sheets mon, wed, friday. I would not stay here again but it may be a place for others to stay. The mall is within walking distance. That's a plus. Decent neighborhood. 」
