「My third or fourth stay at this hotel and unfortunately it is not keeping the quality it offered in previous stays. Staff is friendly and helpful but the facility maintenance is not keeping up. Noisy aircon, broken sensor in elevator. Water faucet at public toilet wobbly. Yet - the location is great. Plenty of entertainment, attractions and food within walking distance. It is a noisy room with a hot air conditioner. It was disappointing that we stayed many nights, but the hotel staff arranged a room in this location. After request, there was a room change. The drainage system is poor and in a desperate need of repair as it takes a long time for waste water to be discharged from the bath tub and every sink.」
