「The room was dark and very outdated. It smelled very musty and damp. There were no overhead lights other than above the bed. Dark and depressing. Not in anyway worth $900. The building itself is beautiful but a very dreary experience. Overpriced」

「Great place to stay.」

「Wonderful river view. Loved sitting outside on the benches facing the rive. Staff is fabulous. Room is clean. Bed was comfortable. Continental breakfast was perfect. Location was incredibly convenient. We will definitely stay again and request a River view on the second floor :-)」

「Staff was super nice and helpful! There was a young woman there in the mornings that was always so helpful and cheerful and spoke to everyone! Excellent customer service.」

「The hallway smelled like something died. I wouldn’t stay there again」

「Clean and quiet very comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good too!」

「The hotel is located in the heart of everything. Shops and restaurants are walking distance. Art museum is walking distance. Lake can be walking distance but some may need a car ride.」

「This was a great place to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast included was good with many choices. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels in the bathroom.」

「The room was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. I would definitely stay again. My only complaint was the internet was too slow for the smart tv. It kept buffering while watching movies.」
