「I rarely leave a review, but I felt I had to warn others. I checked in and witnessed three power cuts while standing at the front desk. The room had the worst, most inefficient air conditioning I have ever experienced, and it cut out during each power cut. The room became unbearably hot, which ruined my sleep for all three nights. I was told a technician would attend to fix it, but no one ever appeared. To make matters worse, I was placed in a corridor with a football team—around 50 young men...

「The rooms were spotless, and the staff was incredibly attentive. The pools, beach, and spa were all exceptional. Overall, this was the best hotel experience I’ve ever had—you are surrounded by true luxury and made to feel like royalty. Delicious food is available everywhere, and the staff is always eager to assist. The restaurants cater to every taste, with an excellent variety of both international and Turkish cuisine. Each evening featured a spectacular, high-quality show that genuinely blew...

「Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet our expectations, and I would not rate it more than 3 stars. The internet and Wi-Fi were absolutely terrible throughout our stay, which made it very difficult to stay connected. Communication was also a challenge, as most of the staff either did not speak English or spoke very limited English. The à la carte restaurants were nothing special, and there is essentially one main buffet for most meals. Another major issue was the beach. You have to wake up...

「We spent 4 days at Kamelya selin hotel and I have to admit that the Kamelya collection hotels are one of the most beautiful resorts I've ever seen in Turkey. The room spacious and very comfortable beds and pillows, the hairdryer turns off after 30 seconds because it heats up. The air-conditioning broke down the third day it was repaired but again didn't work the last day, the phone didn't connect with the reception. The hotel itself is not very new but very well maintained. The beach is so...
