"Overall, Kirman is a very nice property and is very well maintained. The hotel is clean, attractive, and comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay. The strongest point for us was the food in the main buffet restaurant. The selection and quality were very good, with BBQ, steaks, salmon, shrimp, traditional Turkish dishes, and many other choices. There was truly something for everyone. The evening entertainment was enjoyable, although I think some of the shows could be improved. You should be aware of is the à la carte restaurant policy. If you stay fewer than four nights, complimentary access is not included. We were told we could still make a reservation for an additional €15 per person, which I agreed to pay for our group. However, when I went to make the reservation, I was told there was no availability until well after our departure. After I brought the issue to management’s attention, they handled it professionally. Since we had two rooms, they were able to arrange a reservation for us at one of their à la carte restaurants and kindly offered it complimentary for all five of us. I appreciated that management listened to the concern and found a solution rather than simply leaving us without an option. Overall, good experience. property is beautiful and well maintained, the main restaurant offers excellent food and variety, and management made a genuine effort to resolve our concern. Summary : Need improvement to the some entertainment and the à la cart reservation system"

"The spa staff was excellent—informative, attentive, and genuinely engaged with clients. I especially appreciated their flexibility in adjusting packages to meet individual needs. What stood out most was that they were not pushy or focused on selling additional services; instead, they were truly dedicated to providing a great experience and giving 100%. The spa staff was a wonderful addition and definitely the main reason I will return."

"Reception Staff was unprofessional, unable to find our expedia all inclusive booking on arrival and we had to wait an hour with kids, before they sorted out. Overall the all inclusive facilities were fabulous and other staff, were brilliant. Food was good but have had better food in Turkey on previous occasions."

"Incredible Service and Food Marred by Misleading Amenities. We had a mixed experience here, though the hotel staff and culinary team deserve five stars. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional; the staff treated us like family, and the food was consistently amazing. However, the property is currently a major construction zone. Much of the resort is surrounded by work sites, leaving the basketball and tennis courts non-functional. Most advertised water slides are out of order or under construction, with only the children's slides available. The gym is also a letdown: the equipment is rusty, outdated, and only one of the three treadmills actually works. Other advertised perks, like the sushi bar and rowing, simply do not exist, and there is a hidden fee for the billiards table and game room. A major warning regarding the Spa: Please note that the spa is a third party only renting space and is not affiliated with the hotel. While the hotel staff is lovely, the spa management and sales team were incredibly pushy, rude, and unprofessional. They misrepresented their packages and changed pricing daily based on arbitrary reasons. It was a total turnoff. I ended up going to an outside hamaam for a fraction of the price and received 10x better service. The Bottom Line: Come for the wonderful hotel staff and the food, but be prepared for significant construction and misleading amenity descriptions. Stay far away from the on-site spa sales team."
