Overall a good experience but they need to work out what is going on with their fire alarms… 3x alarms in 3 days is not great, particularly when they are false alarms and one of them occurs at 9:45pm!

The lady who I’m guessing was the chick running the show was so extremely rude. She got mad at me when we arrived and I asked how to check in? She then just loooed at me when I asked where our room was! Just so unhelpful and awkward. There were 10 adults and 7 kids and we all felt on edge and judged ...
