We have a loved one that we just put on hospice so this night we were not expecting to stay anywhere, but we found a room here and I regret every moment of it the lack of consideration and empathy. from their manager will not go on punished.. I have been in customer service in hospitality for 20 years and I never ever would treat someone this way. I do expect some sort of compensation for this and I am demanding for refund for my stay here"
