"Absolutely wonderful hotel. We booked a Horizon club room. Well worth the booking. The room was massive and beautifully designed with great views of the Burg. What made the whole stay so memorable were the staff who were professional, kind, helpful and just lovely to be around, especially the team on level 41. They are stars!"

However, it would benefit from more variety; we stayed for 6 days and started to get bored with the options after day 3. Overall, an excellent experience."
