「Sheets odor weren’t the best, breakfast it’s expensive at least to be just an “American breakfast”. Thought it was buffet. Otherwise, pretty quiet and safe. Has a lot of restaurants nearby, a water park 30 mins away and a shopping court. 」

「The property was beautiful. I was a little upset that they would not let me cancel and rebook using my One Key cash when I let them know immediately after booking. Expedia was willing to do it but the property was not. That was the primary reason we booked this property was to explore and use up some One Key cash before it expired. Other than that it was a beautiful property and a great location. We loved Polly the cat. 」

「Our experience at TRYP by Wyndham Mayagüez was extremely disappointing. While the hotel itself looks decent, the service was unacceptable and made our stay very frustrating. On the first night, our room had no water. We immediately reported the issue to Louis at the front desk, who told us maintenance would come, but no one ever arrived. There was no follow-up call, no update, and no effort made to check whether the issue had been resolved. 🚫 The next day, our room was not cleaned at all. When...
