"My wife and I just stayed 3 nights at the Blue Door Inn and were extremely pleased with every aspect of our stay. Peter went above and beyond in taking care of us during a 30” snow storm- in May! From the wonderful breakfast to offering afternoon coffee to just checking in with us during the day- our stay was wonderful in a beautiful place. "Such beautiful rooms overlooking the lake! The rooms are big and one of the better hotel layouts I have had. The staff was great! Especially Austin at the front desk. The restaurant onsite had epic views as well. Highly recommend this place."

"Elevator was out of service, unable to use luggage cart except via outside. Snowfall prevent from doing that. Construction in stairwell. Workers used hallway for work space, right outside our door. Also cold water plumbing issues - which other workers entered our room and left doors open. So now construction workers and plumbers outside room with our door left open while we out. Very poor lighting option in room. Breakfast was decent. Coffee very good. Staff was very friendly."
