「Nice place to stay! Elk visit the place almost everyday. We saw elk groups hanging around the place for quite some time. 15 minutes drive to the park. Extremely convenient. The staff members are very friendly and helpful. We’ll be back again.」

It’s out of the way, but very close to the entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park. So…if you’re going to the national park, you’ll be at the entrance in 5-10 minutes, so very convenient.
