We booked to stay here at the end of May. Loved the hotel property, our room had an ample amount of space, the staff were very lovely. The breakfast options were great. Entertainment available at the pool and the nightclub. The only unfortunate event was our air-con was not working for our whole stay, when we reported this to reception, the maintenance team did not turn up to our room to fix this.

We really liked the room The fact that there was a lounge area was just great and I would stay again at this hotel just for that. The room was spacious and the aircon was great. The bathroom was great too with 2 sinks and a very powerful shower and excellent flush on the loo. The balcony was also lovely. We also loved the pool. Big and fabulous. We would definitely stay here again for these reasons. The room was unique in what it had to offer. Not many hotels would offer this for the price. I had stayed here before last year and came back for the above reasons

Property was older but beautifully maintained and very clean. Was resort like, with huge buffet restaurant, pool, etc. only the surrounding area, the streets are difficult to navigate and a little run down.

We stayed here for one weekend, celebrating my partner’s birthday. The hotel was clean and facilities were nice, especially pool area was beautiful. However there was a long queue at the reception when we arrived, there were 6 employees behind the counter but only one line. Check in was a bit chaotic, they didn’t mention our complimentary drinks and It would have been nice if they told us about the pool towels during the check in process. We had to come back and wait again in the line to get our pool towels. The pool area is super nice but it’s opening hours were really strict, they start closing the pool bar 1 hour earlier. There is not enough sunbeds for everyone and people will hog them and reserve them with towels… Our room was big and we had a cute little balcony. The fuse of the room went out everytime we tried to put on the coffee maker, so we could’t use it. The bed was huge and super comfy! Breakfast was good, really delicious fruits and pan au chocolate, but the buffet was really crowded and chaotic, hotel was full of families with small kids so it wasn’t the right choice for us, but it was still nice and beautiful :)

Very good hotel

Very good hotel, would recommend as we have stayed at many hotels around the world. Very tidy the staff are very attentive. We asked the reception for extra towels and we just got back to our room when they arrived! Very quick actions on any query. Large selection in the buffet area. The only downside is it’s extremely busy at dining times so can be very noisy but overall a very good hotel.

Great value & service....

Super friendly and helpful, we love the hotel and the add on's the provide free of charge, such a beach bungalow, pool area, all in all a magnificent Hotel. Frontdesk speaks English, they do the extra to make you feel welcome. House keeping is great and are attentive to your version of hotel usage, if you leave late - they clean late, early and the clean early, all in all a great stay.....

Brilliant hotel, everyrhing is great except for one thing. The pool area in the centre of the hotel where all the room circle round had load music on from two different areas (pool and club) both musics clashing all day from mid day till midnight. Even with the doors and windows closed, music was really load as if we were at a festival all day.

You wont get the room you booked. Reception staff rude, liars and hotal managment non existence. Guests dogs wee all round hotel, by pool etc. Inadequate parking, underground car park used aa storage and staff vehicles. Awful place. Stay somewhere else.

Terrible hotel. Dated, slow staff, check in too 25 minutes and I was the only one checking in. Booked family suite, balcony pictures on website looked nice with large area and loungers, we got tiny terrace over staff entrance on the road. Terrace lights didn’t work, bulbs out in lounge area. Kitchen area with no kettle. Rusty bathroom. Breakfast OK.

After arriving and waiting for an hour, they gave me a room here, but were you surprised? was occupied ☹️ 😵after another wait at the reception, we got a new room, but without an extra bed, after several emergencies, they prepared the room with extra beds so that they threw everything on the room and do it yourself 😪 before this review, we asked 3 times to modify the room according to the order. room price 250€ night unbelievable service really sad
