The property was in a great location for us - walking distance from the train station and to everything we needed. It was an apartment style hotel, which we thought would give us a bit more "living" space. It was clean and the one staff member we met (upon check-in) was helpful. They do not have a 24 hour reception so make sure you know when someone will be there for check in. However, the bathroom was very small and tight with just the most basic toiletries and the furnishings in the room were cheap. Most annoyingly, the street noise was constant. Noisy neighbors and an ambulance company is across the street with sirens that would go off at all hours. Traffic noise from the busy cross street was also a problem. We had warm weather and the only ventilation were the windows which meant we had to choose between being too hot in our room or it being way too noisy.

Die Unterkunft ist für den Preis sehr gut! Abgesehen vom Kühlschrank, den ich sowiso nicht benutzt habe, war alles sehr sauber.

Sehr nah an der Innenstadt, 2-3 Minuten und man steht direkt am Weihnachtsmarkt. Es ist in einer Nebenstraße recht ruhig gelegen. Sehr liebe Dame am Empfang. Die Angabe, dass Mo-Do 15-?? Uhr der Empfang besetzt ist, war eine falsche Angabe. Die Dame meinte sie wäre in der Zeit jeden Tag da :) U-Bahn 2-3 Min fußläufig und von dort 5 Stationen bis zur Messe. Die Zimmer sind völlig ausreichend, Bett, kleine Küche und Badezimmer mit Dusche, alles etwas älter aber alles Sauber und soweit gepflegt. Die Preis Leistung (in unserem Fall vorallem während der Essen Motorshow) absolut super :) Vielen Dank :)

In meine Zimmer waren die Umgebungsgeräusche ziemlich laut und der Verdunkelungsvorhang ging nicht über die gesamte Fensterbreite. Ansonsten hat alles gepasst.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, in Bezug auf meine Reservierung habe ich gesehen, dass ich eine Gebühr für einen zusätzlichen Gast von 250€ gezahlt habe. Im Zimmer selbst besteht jedoch nicht einmal die Möglichkeit eine 3. Person unterzubringen, da sich nur 2 Betten in der Wohnung befinden (Fotos kann ich Ihnen gerne zusenden). Ich bitte um eine Stellungnahme bzw. eine Erstattung dieser Kosten

Runtergekommene Zimmer zu stolzen Preisen

Das Zimmer ist sehr klein und eher spartanisch mit einem Bett, einem Klapptisch, einem Stuhl und einem kleinen Fernseher eingerichtet. Die Möbel sind größtenteils von IKEA und haben schon einige Macken und Abplatzungen. Das Zimmer war bei der Ankunft nicht richtig geputzt worden, sodass man von einem dreckigen Boden empfangen wurde. Der Austausch der Handtücher nach zwei Tagen wurde vergessen und erst durch auffordern doch noch durchgeführt. Direkt gegenüber liegt die Rettungswache der Malteser und das Martinshorn hallt extrem zwischen den beiden Gebäuden, sodass schlafen bei offenem Fenster nur bedingt möglich ist.

Für den Preis ist das Zimmer ok. Man darf eben nicht mehr als Basic erwarten. Innenstadt und Bahnhof sind fußläufig erreichbar. Für Raucher gibt es eine große Dachterrasse. Im Zimmer fehlt eine bequeme Sitzgelegenheit.

Sehr guter Service, sehr sauber. Abweichende Rechnungsadressangabemöglichkeit fehlen, sollte nachgebessert werden. Im Nebengebäude zum Hinterhof taghelles Flackerlicht bis 03:00 h nachts, das nicht beschattbar ist. In der Nische sollte unbedingt ein Vorhang eingebaut werden. Ansonsten sehr zufrieden und empfehlenswert.

Das Zimmer war sauber, sonst gibt es leider nichts positives zu berichten: die Rezeption war entgegen den Angaben im Internet am Anreisetag bis 16.00 ( morgens zTeil gar nicht) besetzt, eine Erklärung an der Wand für die Schlüsselbox hätte viel Zeit erspart. Das Gepäck in die 3. Etage zu schleppen ist sicherlich nicht jedem möglich. Das Zimmer war super klein, ein Minischrank mit 3 Bügeln, eine zusätzliche Decke war nicht zu finden, wäre bei dem dünnen Zudeck aber notwendig gewesen. Die Ohrenstöpsel an der Nachttischlampe waren eine gelungene Aufmerksamkeit, denn die Straße unten waren stark befahren und die Wände so hellhörig, dass man auch über die Aktivitäten der anderen Gäste informiert war. Die Küchenzeile bestand aus einem Kaffeeautomaten mit etwas Zubehör, Besteck und Geschirr wenig und zum Teil nur für eine Person. Eine Bedienungsanleitung für das Zusatzgerät zum Fernseher gab es nicht, erst nach diversen Versuchen liefen die Programme plötzlich. So ein schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis habe ich trotz zahlreicher Hotelaufenthalte noch nie erlebt.
