「check in this hotel twice in a week, first time, offered me a good room, which is bigger and comfortable even though small, but the clothes hanger was fading color to my white shirts and polo shirts....I was so desperate, because the two clothes was brand new.....and hotel took away my clothes and washed it and cleaned it up for me for free.」

「因為漢諾威展出差入住，離機場十分的近，還有免費的接駁車接送。飯店的員工都十分的親切有禮。離展場雖然有點距離，但是可以前往機場搭地鐵。搭乘地鐵到中央車站約15-20分鐘，沿途風景很美。飯店房間很舒適，床也很好睡。很推薦此飯店。」

「Great hotel in a great location. We stayed in a family room - was spacious with comfortable beds. Nice and clean. The location was great, the area outside have plenty of nice restaurants and shops. The staff were very nice. In fact the whole city is very nice and really great to visit with young children. I could not find a complaint if I tried. Recommend booking this hotel!!!」

「The best hotel ever and feel like living in a castle! The room is very big and nicely renovated. Property is huge and you can walk around to see many swans, birds, ducks etc. the breakfast buffet is amazing. You must stay here when visiting Hanover!」
